Because of my new diving dry suit, I will go diving in the cold season, too.
But what means „diving dry“?
A dry suit is very different to the „normal“ wetsuit.
A dry suit seals you off from the outside water, so you can stay warm and toasty on a dive.Drysuits are used typically where the water temperature is between -2 and 15 °C.The suit insulates the wearer by maintaining pockets of air between the body and the cold water.
At the moment I didn’t know if I will make a Dry Suit Diver Course, but I will ask my instructor. It’s appealing. 😉
More about my new dry suit later this week.
